My team had 3 contractors when I started this year, but we’re down to 1 (and he’s nearing the 11 month max). Anyone know what SDE contractor pay is like at Amazon?
Amazon has a massively anti-contractor sentiment. That is a dead end
Curious why?
That's not public knowledge... Imo... the roi is lower on average, and ftes generally have more of a vested interest in the long term stability of the company. But that's just my 2c
