SDEs in India

While the people around me are dying, I'll be making 30L this year as an L4 SDE. What's wrong with the World?

I worked hard for this TC, but now, since the World is burning around me, m not happy at all.

How do you cope with this?

L4 SDE
2020 PCS: 18.5L (15 Base + 3.5 Bonus)
2021 PCS: ~30L(16 Base + 5RSUs)
