How is your level determined? I have over 25 yrs experience, of which 10+ as a SDM. L6 or L7?

YOE has nothing to do with it once you reach L6 and beyond. What kind of leader are you and what kind of impact did you have? That determines L6 vs L7 vs L8

You can't accept an L6. Ppl with 5-7 years experience are L6 sdms at Amazon
