Hey there, I’ve been looking at roles at Reddit for a while now (since before the IPO news)
I’m curious how do you folks like it? What’s the culture like for engineers? Are people generally happy? I’m a dad so WLB is pretty huge for me at this point, but I’m also really interested in continual learning and growth. Would love to get some direct insight if possible.
It’s interesting I work in a company that is supposed to have great culture but it’s been pretty meh overall. It’s very team dependent.
What tech are you all working with go, python, react?
