SE 3 compensation at Workday

Is 130k total Comp or base? Yoe? How much is the % increase from your current comp?

WKDY doesn’t pay well. But it you want to float then take the job.

That is base and 4 YOE.

In my experience Workday base pays are always very low. They give out a lot of RSUs. But considering current market situation, it won't be a pretty sight.
