Asana first round

I have an upcoming interview with Asana for a front-end engineering role. I was told by the recruiter that I will be asked data structures/ data modeling and system design questions.

What kind of data modeling/system design questions should we be expecting for the frontend role for the first round?
And leetcode what kind of level will they be asking - easy medium?
