AWS Customer Optimization Specialist TC expectations?

I’m currently a cloud cost engineer and cloud cost roles in general are relatively new so I’m curious to see if anyone can help shed some light on what I can expect for TC at AWS. This role revolves around customer success with a focus on cost and is a support role that lines up up sell opportunities. Any help would be appreciated!

TC: 150 salary
YOE: 4
