SMP (2010-2015) Share status

Share matching plan (SMP) shares in Equateplus Germany account need to be either sold OR transferred to private brokerage account. What is best US brokerage account that - 1) has least handling cost 2) easy to transfer SMP stocks from Germany to US 3) whether SAP stocks listed in SMP is supported by any specific brokerage house? Had anyone done it yet??
