What is the usual strike price of the options that new employees at SNAP INC. receive, just curious. What about those who joined before the IPO.

Most people before the IPO were $16.25 or so. For new hires, I think the grants are the average of the month before. Kind of academic when the company runs out of money though.
I think it might be average price for last 2 months. Even worse when the stock is declining
