SRE @ Verizon, looking for TC in Sunnyvale
I got interviewed for SRE role @Verizon. Recruiter is asking numbers before they can generate an offer. What should be a good TC? They do not offer RSUs or sign-on bonus or Relocation. TC just includes base and annual bonus. Location: Sunnyvale Please guide me.

No RSUs? Why not choose a startup then instead if you don’t care about equity
What is SRE? Eh as t is your yoe? I'd say 230k minimum if you have a comfortable life elsewhere to give up.
Verizon does have RSUs, if recruiter told you otherwise they are lying. Is this Site Reliability Eng? What VZ band this position is?
