Just got an offer from Asana and was offered 13k RSUs. What is that worth? How much was the last share price? The recruiter won't share the new upcoming one.

  • how are people being offered an amount of RSUs? Isn’t the number usually a dollar amount worth of RSUs?

      My friends all got dollar amount eg. 800k$ RSU vested over 4years from Asana. Its weird OP gets by unit... there is no way recruiter would do this to you since they cannot explicitly discuss unit price during silent period before going public

    Those are all questions for the recruiter they should be able to tell you the latest 409A valuation, the last valuation at which they raised money and when. You need those at a minimum to have some opinion of what those shares are worth.

    They definitely won’t share upcoming pricing info until it’s been announced, especially since they filed to go public via direct listing back in Feb.
