Can I face problems in reneging an offer I have accepted?
There’s a line in the letter which is worrying me saying:
“Should you accept this offer, in case of any lawful reason/resignation of services; either party will be required to give two months notice.”
It says if I accept the offer, not actual join the company.
According to this clause, will i have to give notice period even if I reneg before the joining date?

Name and shame.
Since the offer also has a clause that offer is valid only of bgv succeeds.
So if it could create problems, i won’t fill bgv. But that’s risky since i haven’t got official offer letter from other company. Just verbal
