Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
They bought a company called Anobit in Israel and mainly R and D from there. It was the former M System guys who left SanDisk. I knew a few guys there, it was pretty political and they don't like to share info and let you get your job done. I also heard they interviewed a bunch of guys and gave offer to none (probably to get an idea on what to do). Personally I won't take it, but it is really your call. If you just want to try somewhere else you can do better than that.
