I commute 2.5 hours daily about four times a week from East Bay to South Bay. Tired of driving Toyota & Honda sedans! No family yet. Wanted to buy a SUV like Audi Q3 or MB GLC300 but given the fuel economy & maintenance now thinking of Toyota RAV4, Honda CRV or Nissan Rogue with a panoramic moonroof. Please share if you've any personal favorites btwn these 3 SUVs. I can pay cash for that range. Some say I should lease! Why is that? Need some help from my fellow Blinders! TC = 200K :)
Hyundai Santa Fe (not sport) with all options included is the best in terms of price/quality
Sounds like you drive a ton, and high mileage leases aren’t always the most attractive deals
It comes out similar. Decide based on whether you want the ease of a lease or if you don't mind selling when you upgrade.
Call one of these services, like cartelligent, they can sort out all that for you.
Why SUV over sedan?
More comfortable?
Model X or GTFO
Mercedes G wagon 4x4 or porsche cayenne turbo
I recently drove a Mazda CX5 and found it very nice (have a Q5 at home). The Mazda starts at $32K which is reasonable. On lease vs. Buy look at mileage limits vs. Cost.

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
BMW X1/ X2 look pretty nice and are fuel efficient as well. In the cheaper range I think CRV is the leader but unsure.
Also leasing is only good if you only want the car for 3 years, if you want to hold on for longer buying new or CPO is better
