Id like to know from someone at Splunk experience when negotiating salaries with Splunk. Just went on my 5th and last interview for a splunk professional services consultant for public sector, TS clearance)., it went well. I was transparent and made mention I had other lucrative offers on the table (197k base) but wanted to work at Splunk. That's when I was told they don't counter offer (do the back and forth bidding). The team lead said they generally give each person in that position the same salary (could someone please share with me what they think that is compensation should be, base, stocks and bonuses It's Odd for me because I see various salaries on here for the same position... I'm trying to determine how much I can push back if the offer comes in low. Was she speaking in terms of base salary and the stock options and bonuses are negotiable? Appreciate the insight
Anyone?
just work where you are getting 197k base. working in software company (splunk) makes no sense.
Anyone else from Splunk want to share their experience with counter offers?
Your at Splunk what was your experience? Did you just accept what they offered?
Tell them you have an offer from Albertsons.
