Salary expectation for Amazon Design Lead / Senior UX?
I keep hearing that Glassdoor and Paysa salaries are lower than reality. What salary expectation should I have for a Lead Designer/Senior UX role?

I hear AMZ doesn’t give more than $160k as base. Rest are SB or SOs! Is that true? isn’t that too low for a Sr. UX. I mean WADR, what do they do really! LOL

Yes. The range varies but I've seen most L6 designers in that range. There are a lot of design leads at Amazon, don't think that's the differentiator. Often times it's performance and stock growth.
