In this role you’ll: · Design, develop and support compelling data stories that allow stakeholders to make informed data-driven decisions. · Turn data into actionable insights. By building creative and engaging data visualizations you’ll have global impacts that influence decisions throughout the company. · Grow into an SME and be a go-to person for all aspects of analytics; Tableau CRM data visualizations, Salesforce reporting, identifying business questions and developing insights · Interface with internal clients in-person and virtually to discuss strategy, solutions for complex needs and presenting these technical deliverables. · Explore, understand, develop an evolving AI/ML platform (Einstein Discovery) · Make an impact. Industry trends and technology are ever-adapting and it’s our mission to get ahead of what’s coming next in our technology platforms so we can evolve and provide more advanced solutions. · Provide scheduled and ad hoc cost reporting, budgeting, and analysis for the Sales COE Qualifications - External · At least 2 years’ experience in analytics development or business analysis or data transformation roles · Strong business acumen in the engineering/consulting/solutions industry · Advanced experience in BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) or willingness to learn · Microsoft Excel Expertise · Technical skills in a variety of systems or processes, which could include Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and other O365 applications; HTML; and data analytics/visualization products · Demonstrated experience in working in analytics, and passionate about bringing data to life for our internal clients · Ability to manipulate large datasets to build insightful visualizations for complex problems and present engaging and intuitive analytics (dashboards, reports) · Effective and professional written and verbal communication style; capable of adapting that style to a wide variety of sales staff and stakeholders with various levels of seniority · Orientation to and focus on details with a commitment to excellence · Proficient at data visualization, BI tools, Excel · Project management skills Ideally, you’ll also have: · Exposure to & understanding of data transformation manipulation · Some knowledge of artificial intelligence / machine learning concepts · Familiarity with Jacobs’ Relationship Based Sales process · Experience with Jacobs’ Client Success Platform (CSP) run by Salesforce · Understanding of sensitive content, data security designations and protocols · Facilitation and influencing skills · Creative and engaging approach to developing UI/UX (user interface/user experience) · Understanding or experience in programming languages · Understanding of database architecture concepts

No, it’s not too much* but one thing to keep in mind is if they have it they’ll offer it but if they don’t and you don’t have a competing offer you might not have leverage to get that salary

I made an edit to my original comment, but that’s a good amount. If it was me I’d give a range and say more so like 90-110. I only say this because it’s not asking for any programming language proficiency and it seems more like a program manager role My understanding is that non-tech roles are paid less but shouldn’t be that far off

Yeah thats true too. I havent received an offer yet but im assuming the pay is high since the market and due to the workforce shortage. I have about 6 years of experience and passed the final interview. Im just waiting for an update if they plan to offer or not. They had one other person they were interviewing last friday. So im not sure what way they plan to go.
