I have a Bachelors degree and started out with 75K as G3 in Portland with 5K signing. This was last August. Since your GEO is similar to Portland, (probably cheaper), G5 start would be around 85K base, you can also negotiate signing bonus as well, that really helps to get life started. With the 85K base your TC will be around 100K but you can negotiate on base. Better would be to take no signing bonus and use that to make more money on base pay.

Negotiate higher base if you can to like 85 that’s the middle of the range for g5 and also negotiate stock and sign on
