Salary information before new jobs

Good afternoon. Looking into a new job with Williams Lea Tag in Milwaukee, third shift, as a presentation associate. Desktop publisher. Anyone have any input on salary ranges? My last job was for 7 years working as a grant specialist who took care of many other jobs in the department. I worked at the medical college of Wisconsin in pathology and also managed their studies, organized the chairs yearly three day conference, managed their database, and was backup IT. When I left they hired a guy to just manage the grants and pay him 15k more a year than what I was getting. I’m so tired of being underpaid. I heard this app can help figure out job sites from other employees who share info. I do hope so. Any info that can be shared will be greatly appreciated. While I’d be working for Williams Lea I’m pretty sure my job would be permanent placement/ DTP coverage in investment banking at Robert W Baird. Thank you
