Salary range for 602 senior associate engineer at JP Morgan chase?
Cloud security position in Seattle, base is 150k and bonus is 35k. No RSUs or joining bonus. 7 yoe, but not related to cloud security. Does this number map to first quartile of salary range?

Your first year bonus is fixed based on offer. Also, base is upper end of Seattle offers
Thank you. When you say base is upper end, is that comparing across companies like Amazon and Microsoft? Or you mean upper end for JP Morgan Chase?

Make sure that the bonus is not prorated
I hope you know - that bonus cant be committed in advance. So whatever bonus number they told you - if its not in your offer letter- then its of no value.
Thank you. I didn't know that. The recruiter says this is the minimum bonus and could be more depending on company performance and me. Any insights into how that is calculated?
There is no visibility on how bonus is calculated. It is on discretion of your manager & his manager.
