Going into salary negotiations for one of the larger sized companies HQ'd in Atlanta trying to make sure I'm not leaving anything on the table since it's been a while. 10 years in a lead BI & data engineering / architecture role with some light data science on the statistical side. $110k with ~15% bonus. What should I be asking for?

Not familiar with Atlanta specifically, but based on my experience elsewhere, more than that. Anyone good with that amount of experience and responsibility where I used to be would be making at least 175k total comp.
Thanks. If you're taking Silicon Valley area I'd say that makes sense. You feel like that high holds up in other cities too?
My experience is with NYC area. I think it would hold true in a lot of your typical tech cities (Boston, Seattle, SV, etc.). Atlanta might be different, but I still suspect your number is low.
