Hi, I am planning to move out of my current company due to no career growth. I cleared interviews for KLA (Product Marketing Manager) and have interviews lined up with ASML. I have 8 years of experience as an Apps Engineer. Got an EMBA recently. I have had a lot of contacts from KLA moved to AMAT saying no growth in KLA and also KLA is one of the worst pay masters in the field... I would say focus on ASML interview and go there instead of KLA... Or probably try different teams with in AMAT
