I studied finance and did not enjoy a career in sales during the pre technology days. I worked from customer/Client Success, went into Product Support Engineering & now considering going into IT Management? Maybe because I’m bored. What is the ‘in field’ as kids these days say? Been working for 15+ years in support but I realized no one respects the Engineers, not anyone’s fault, just the generic stereotype one has of any role with the word ‘Support’ In it. I don’t feel I’m learning- If you had the choice would you go into Product Support Engineering or IT Management? Product Support Engineer or IT Manager? What would you choose and why? I’m curious
Did you ever get an answer?
