Salesforce Intern doubts

I am interning at Salesforce and have some questions: 1) Are interns supposed to actively participate in standup? (It's been 3 weeks since I joined) 2) Could the interns who got return offers in the previous years or their managers/trail guides give some information about what they think helped in getting an offer? And anything that interns should and shouldn't do? 3) Remote work doesn't really promote much interaction with team members. Will this impact getting a return offer? Also, does the entire team decide if an intern gets a return offer or only the manager and trail guide? 4) In the first 3 weeks, what is an intern usually expected to do?

I don’t work at Salesforce but you should be a part of standup as an intern. Would be kinda weird if you’re not tbh

Just get work going, attend stand up give updates and work with your mentor in good terms. You will get an offer. It is pretty easy to convert here.

Salesforce has one of the highest conversion ratio afaik. You will do well, just be confident in your final presentation. Even if its a small thing make sure you present in a way that you have understood the holistic architecture. DM me if you have more questions, I interned last summer
