Does it also depend on the org you’re in? As in being in azure vs being at cseo.
Because clearly my formula of work 40, churn out features, solve problems that add value isn’t working.
Make your director directly dependent on your work who will make it visible to CVPs.
Find problems no one wants to solve. Propose new projects or easier or more effective ways for doing things in your org. Be creative in a good way.
Also it is great that you hit LMTS with 4 YOE. Keep it going!
