interviewed at Salesforce for LMTS role, and when I asked for career growth, hiring manager told me: LMTS is equivalent to Sr Manager PMTS is equivalent to Director Is that true?

Thanks. We have sr SE -> principal SE -> software manager. If PMTS is equivalent to director, their TC should be >= software manager.
Wait LMTS is equivalent to a Manager I believe
