Got an offer from Salesforce.
Position: Machine Learning Engineer
Level: MTS.
180k base + 150k stock + 40k sign on.
So, first year TC is 257k, and next three years is 217k
I currently make 200k TC in Seattle (YoE: 2.5), and the Salesforce position is in Bay Area. Is it worth it to move for this small of a TC bump? I am not desperate to move out of Microsoft, just looking around.
I don't have any competing offers, so hard to negotiate. Currently in the loop with a few other places.

Even if most of the team is there, you should still be able to easily convince your manager to let you go remote.
