Salesforce application process
Hi guys, I applied to a Salesforce position 10 days ago and it has been sitting in “screen” status ever since it changed from review. What is the difference between “review” and “screen”? Has that ever happen to you? I keep hoping that the recruiter will reach out to me.
They strongly discriminate against people not in the San Francisco office too. Hiring practices will reflect this. It's not out of malice, but more out of each team not wanting to be split up across multiple locations.
Is this also applicable for Customer Success Group which involves 75% travel to customers’ offices?
I was referred by an employee and I applied to work in SF office
My status shows Screen for a week now (applied via employee referral). Another status shows Review for a week (also a referral) Not sure what's going on. Can I ask my friend to check with the recruiter or is that verboten?
Majority of the hires are done via referrals, you should try getting referred by an employee.
