Hi friends, Looking for a Senior Program Architect role at Salesforce. Does anyone have any idea about what salary i should expect? What should be the base, RSU, bonus? Any idea on recent TC range you might have heard of? Would love to hear your thoughts on below offer i am thinking of: YOE 14 Yrs Base $220k RSU $60k ($15k/yr) Bonus $34.5 (15% of base) 1st year TC $265k Target location CA- Bay area Is it too low for a snr manager level #rsu #stock #salesforce #salesforceoffer
Stocks are pretty low but base is 😍
Is TC alright? How much should I check RSU? 100k?
250k
So you reckon base to be negotiated to 250k?
Nah! Your base is great. Get at least 200k for RSU.
Ok, thanks. From previous replied for same post, have not seen anyone received $200K RSU. Do you see that's a possibility to explore with recruiter?
I’ve seen MTS getting 250K RSU. Shoot for 250K , you might land at 200K.
Checking any other replies?
Hi, where did you land? I'm interviewing for PA, so was wondering what is the right range.
I'm curious what offer you get because I believe a Senior Program Architect role is not a Software Engineering role and does not come with a very large joining RSU grant.
I am yet to put initial offer and I am asking recruiter to do that as I don't know where they want to start negotiating. (Basics of negotiations) so you reckon anything beyond 100k RSU would be unachievable?
OP - you got the 250k rsu?
Yet to discuss. Not likely anywhere closer for that role
This is a top of band offer, would actually be surprised if you got $220 base as that is more inline with pa director. Rest looks spot on, might be able to get up to 80k rsu. Getting more than $100k rsu is rare for senior PA unless you have a much lower base...
Got it! Thanks!👍 I would prefer low base but high RSU.
Agree with ploeind. You might be able to get bit more in RSUs. Curious to see where you land.
What is your current base and TC? The reason I ask is HR will negotiate based on that?
