Obsessed with SF wlb and +ve reviews.
I recently dropped an SMTS offer from Salesforce and joined another US-based MNC(can't disclose) in India. I did not join SF getting to know shitty work in Industries cloud. But the positive reviews of SF on WLB are just stuck in my head. As the current org also has somewhat poor wlb and US time zone calls (things may change in the coming time as the team I have joined is pretty new), but Tech workwise looks fine.
How much shitter can the work be at SF? Is it that much that getting a job in the future would be difficult? Isn't it always about lc grind? How difficult is team change in SF? Just can't get over Salesforce wrt to wlb. Should I still consider going to Sf leaving the current one in a short span? Depends on hr also if they are willing to offer back.
I am not bothered about TC which is currently a little higher than Sf but doesn't matter as I would be happy with the below one also. Even SMTS might not be that good for my yoe, but I feel I am not up for LMTS yet so not an issue.
I think I am ready to compromise on all aspects just to have a good wlb. I do fear the future consequences if it can affect if I join Sf. But what about current people there than, they also would have a career even after SF right?
