Salesforce pays bonus every year or only first year?

In addition, you will be eligible to receive an initial annual discretionary bonus pursuant to the Company’s Gratitude Bonus Plan based on your individual performance, Company performance, and the Company’s funding formula. Your initial bonus target for the Company’s fiscal year (February 1 through January 31) shall be 15% of your base salary and will be paid according to the terms of the Gratitude Bonus Plan, which is subject to change at the Company’s discretion, and prorated accordingly for any fiscal year in which you do not work a full twelve months. This is what I have in my offer letter. Does it mean, I get bonus only for first year? #salesforce #bonus

Tmobile does a combination bonus that sounds like what you posted. At tmo you get a company percentage then add an individual performance based percentage. Sum those for the tmo yearly bonus, changing every year based on company profits + my review of the previous year.

Default has been like 100-108% of your target bonus each of the seven years I've been here
