Salesforce pays bonus every year or only first year?

Tmobile does a combination bonus that sounds like what you posted. At tmo you get a company percentage then add an individual performance based percentage. Sum those for the tmo yearly bonus, changing every year based on company profits + my review of the previous year.
Default has been like 100-108% of your target bonus each of the seven years I've been here
