I have a former colleague in a senior mangement position at Sales Force thats been trying to poach me from our former employer and I’m ready to leave anyway so considering it. I have 10 yoe in data centers, networking, storage, Windows, Linux, hosting, etc and a bit with AWS, Oracle, Python and tons of other topics. TL;DR jack of all trades with a focus on infrastructure, especially smallish private clouds. I work with a lot of small/mid size business CIOs and CTOs and their teams and generally find I have the most indepth technical knowledge on most topics. It’s time for me to move to a current technology stack for my career and a bigger organization. I’ve always worked for small companies of less than 500 people and haven’t been able to go on vacation without a phone and laptop nearby in at least 10 years. Better work/life balance is a must! My specific question is, what Sales Force roles is my current experience relevant while providing a smooth path towards skillset growth. Target TC is >$130k in Austin.
