Hi folks! Wondering how tc @ samsara compares to the big players. Senior software / ml eng / vision eng w Is 200k-250k base with 200 / yr equity reasonable to expect for 5+ years of experience ? If not any inputs on what might be ?

They don't pay as much. For 5 years maybe around 170k base + around 80k-100k/ year RSU at max assuming you ace the interview.
