Lots of HR contacted us asking for a call, CV, ... and then disappeared after that. I talked to my friends and actually it's a super common case. I believe these people all have ulterior motives. Well, there's a myth that companies have a blacklist of candidates, so can we keep a blacklist of HRs as well? I got a few names from Amazon and Spotify lol.

If this happens, I think the way to go is to just pester the recruiter via e-mail/phone call/have a friend contact them internally. Keeping a blacklist is a stupid idea, since every recruiter at every company is going to end up on it eventually
