Got offers from both, very comparable with each other if stock is valued the same. I'm early in my career (2 years out of college).
What would you guys do? Positions are in South Bay. My concern with Google is that I'd be team matched with something very boring, and my concern with Palantir is too much koolaid and less technically fulfilling work than the company markets itself to have.
Would greatly appreciate Palantir people to chime in on how Palantir is marketed vs. what it's actually like.
