Scare tactics
After reading Charter's whole debacle with Windstream...What do you guys think about scare tactics for marketing? I feel like people always talk about FOMO but how far is too far? Where do you think is the point where customers start turning away? If you know anything about Windstream and Charter tell me what you think about their campaigns!

Customers without choices can't turn away. CC, CHTR, whatever. The limit will always be what you can get away with so long as the financial/legal repercussions aren't outweighed by what you've gained. It's a business and answers to the share holders - they dont care how you make them money
