How can we improve Microsoft Dynamics CRM?

We switched to D365 from Salesforce in February and its barely functional. Its so clunky, UI is straight up Microsoft XP, and processes are nil.
Granted, our data was garbage (old/incomplete) but at least things were pretty seamless with Salesforce.
It’s pretty bad that we cant rely on our data - we cant even pull a current customer list! As someone who believes “you’re only as good as your data,” I’m losing my mind
until then - how can i make it not so miserable?
