Schrodinger, Hyderabad Review
How's the work culture and wlb in Schrodinger, Hyderabad. Couldn't find much info regarding Hyderabad office. Heard they were part of DE shaw before. Glassdoor has 4.8 rating, little sceptical about that.
You cant find much as the company exists and does not exist at the same time. You will also be both offered and rejected at the end of the interview, and they will ship you a cat as part of the welcome kit
You will also get and not get your salary.
Did you get offer from them ? I gave interview there, they rescheduled my interviews 2 times And then after few minutes of interview they sent automated rejection mail. Came across few people on blind who said exactly same thing happened with them as well at this company.

Yeah give it a try, I was using python, so they asked me questions on class in python, and pass by reference pass by value and immutable. And 2 DSA easy/medium
It's ok. They're a separate entity now and I don't expect the deshaw culture and benefits to continue for long. Still better than very average product companies but don't compare with deshaw.
If they still have de shaw culture there wlb should be top notch. Ex-Arcesium here ( also a spun off from de shaw) culture there also was similar to deshaw atleast untill 2020
