1. What is scope of relocating back to India if you are working in US/UK after 2-3 years?
2. How easy it is to get interview calls from Companies based in India since fb does not have engineering office in India?

US is different though. Its the ultimate definition of freedom. Similar history as India, similar in terms of democracy and individual freedom and most importantly overpaid engineering jobs. If you ever get H1B worth trying US.

OTOH - I don’t see why it’s an issue to return to India. There are dozens of companies here that would like to hire an ex-Facebook engineer for a sweet level bump.
Interviews were medium level.
Tc: 81k base, 185k stocks 15k joining
