Base: 145k
Sign on: 40k (split over 2 years)
RSU's: 150k over 4 years.
Target Annual Bonus: 10-20%
Relocation: 6k lump sum or some package (I thought the relocation was standard and will be around 20k, but I don't know why I was offered low. Should I negotiate this with recruiter?)
This is for Teams Org at L62 - Redmond. Is there any room for more negotiation? This seemed like low ball to me, but wanted to get other's thoughts on this.
YOE: 5
EDIT: I do have 2 more competitive offers with much higher TC (~230K), but the recruiter says this is the max they could do for this level. I would like to get in to MSFT with my competing offer TC.
EDIT 2: My final offer with new TC below:
Base: 155k
Sign on: 50k (split over 2 years)
Stocks: 200K over 4 years

unless you did really well in the interview and Microsoft wants to beat the offer, this is msft “matching.”
Ofcourse you can negotiate skillfully and avoid proving proofs etc.
Relocation policy changed recently it seems. I was also offered the same and I took the relocation package. That package also comes with $2500 cash.
