Seattle Amazon Sick Leave Policy

Does anyone know the sick leave policy in Seattle? The PTO website says it is dependent on local ordinances, which would imply 9 days, but I have seen conflicting info that says only 3 days.

    Its 9 days total. Amazon defaults to 6 personal and so you get an extra 3 to make the difference

    Pto is dependent on locations there should be a pto wiki for each region/location. Amazon sick leave is the same thing as your pto. A really easy way to check is to log into your time off reporting tool what you have left in each bucket will populate every week. Personal time is separate from pto, pto is lumped with your sick time. Pto needs manager approval your personal time your manager will generally grant even on short notice. Hope that helps!
