TC each year assuming no stock appreciation or refreshers, etc: OCI IC5: 480/440/440/440 (eligible for refreshers but unclear if it actually happens) AMZN SDE3: 385/374/320/320 (drops due to their 15% assumption-unclear if it would be trued up if stock underperforms or only based on performance) The numbers say one thing...but then again it’s Oracle. Amazon would have much better internal transfer options if the team doesn’t work out. Which is a better option? ——————————————————
Go for Oracle
Depends your goal. Money or growth
Hard to understand. Which of these numbers is signing/base/rsu?
Those are TCs for each year.
100k diff? Consider OCI. That's a lot of $$
Depends. If the difference in money is that valuable for you, go Oracle. If you want more ownership, interesting work, and growth, go Amazon. I’ve seen a ton of Amazonians follow money at Oracle and have a lot of trouble getting inclined when they try to return. Just my 2 pennies
Odd, when I think of “ownership, interesting work, and growth”, I lean towards OCI. They’re building a new cloud from scratch. I think of Amazon as an established inter-connected web of services where it would be difficult to innovate quickly or have a large scope.
I could see your perspective. Really depends on the team you’re on, I suppose.

If Blind user creds get leaked, a lot of you will end up unemployed, sued, and potentially with misdemeanors/felonies
Not sure if its just me. But its hard to decipher what you are trying to ask.
Sorry. Tried to clarify. General question of which is the better opportunity.
