Seeking job change advice/referrals

I've nearly 10 yoe in DS and been here at Fox for few years now.
Role: Sr. Data Scientist/Associate Director (I know we've kinda vague structure)
TC: 180k,
Status: Green Card (hopefully citizen by end of 2021).
Been managing a small team here. I want to start looking for a new job, open to different industries, and would appreciate help around these:

1. What kind of roles I should expect, in terms of designation and responsibilities?

2. What TC I should aim for and breakdown in terms of base, bonus and stocks?

I'm in LA and would like to keep this as my base though I'm open to occasional travel. Bought a house in 2020 and got kids, so need stability and good insurance plan 😅
