Seeking non Tech PM Referral from FAAN(M)G/rising startups

Looking to transfer to a role in a company that compensates more competitively than Cisco. Currently a Project Manager at Cisco with extensive experience in centralizing transformation and run the business efforts at an enterprise level. I’ve performed in my roles and pushed the envelope against the traditional Cisco way of doing things, which (mostly) has earned me a reputation as a high performer. I’m very hands on with data, processes, tools, and strategy. Would appreciate anyone’s referral here - I don’t think it would be a wasted one.
