Sell ESPP or RSU first to minimize tax?

If you purchased Dec 2017, sell them in July 2019 for tax benefit.

Always RSUβs first as they are already taxed. You might still have to pay some capital gain or loss depending on purchase date vs sell date unless you selected sell all on vest option.
RSU. Tax is already βappliedβ when shares vest. ESPP has qualified/disqualified requirements.
yea so if u need cash would it make sense to sell RSU first and sell ESPP when it become qualified?
