After pushing and pulling for two weeks, my attorney finally received the contract. We reviewed and sent back for seller review with updates and questions. Now, the seller is all of a sudden "not motivated" to sell. Not willing to change their attorney even after knowing how slow it has been.
I guess I am SOL? Lost so much time, good rates, inspection, private lender (pre-approval), and attorney fees. Getting the buyer fatigue already.
