All you future homeowners, just curious on what are some of the top criteria that you have to buy a house lets say 30 mins outside of SF in peninsula? Looking to shore up our marketing message. City : Burlingame Pluses: Good schools (9,10,10) 3 min drive to 101 freeway Walk to groceries and Starbucks 10 min walk to schools and parks 10 min walk to the bay 10 min walk to Caltrain 10 min drive to BART 10 min walk to Burlingame downtown 7 min drive to San Mateo downtown 30 mins to SF in traffic 40 mins to south bay in peak traffic Also has rental income from a separate unit Main house is 3bed 2 bath not so big but decent size for young couple/roomates/young family Minus: Around 1220 sqft main house and 450 sqft for apartment. Some people may like bigger house but this is great for young couples or families starting out. Rental income is great great help! On a busy street but we built a wall and garden for privacy. Never had noise issues to be honest. Does anyone have recommendations for a great sellers agent? PM me if any of you know someone who might be looking to buy or know a great agent. Thank you

Caltrain, Bart, School: that's all you need
Its on a busy street so that is one drawback. However we had built a nice looking wall and created a garden to build a bit of privacy. We dont really have noise issues despite being on busy street.
Just to clarify-sounds like you have a property to sell in the peninsula? If so, every city / area will have agents that specialize in their specific locale. As such, it will help if you can at least ID which city at least.

I actually bought this using redfin. To be honest the refund was good but the agent sucked. It was too late for me to find another agent. I do like the fact that you guys charge lower fee. Paying 6 percent total is ridiculous on selling a house. Dont think realtors do much to justify a 50-100k payout
Find a good seller agent. Many know how to find foreign cash buyer that will pay top dollar for the best.
