I recently got an offer from Paypal for Senior Android Engineer role for San Jose, CaliforniaHere is the breakdown of the TC Base: 150k Sign on: 10k RSU: 23k/yr Current TC: 140k YOE: 4 with Masters Degree Is this offer relevant for the position? Please help me evaluate. Would making the work location remote help me?

Very weak offer. Any senior (L5 equivalent) should be 400k+ TC otherwise it's just title inflation. Never join for a title. LinkedIn for example given junior levels the senior title. Check out levels.fyi

How the offer ended up? Also would you share the experience of interview?
If its remote, you can save a bunch by staying in LCOL area. Base can be close to 180k if its a Senior role.
