Ok so senior software engineer pays 68-129k. As others said location means a lot.

WC location SA range is $45-85k
SA in McLean VA is 112k for me, software eng family
Your question doesn't have enough data to get any valid results. Location is a big factor. Role is another. Software Engineer makes more than some other roles. Also, c1 is somewhat odd in that (barring individual performance modifiers) your target bonus is nearly always your actual bonus. Some companies do modifiers up or down for group performance, company performance, etc. My experience, these are generally down more often than not. C1 is more stable in that regard
As a senior, my salary was 88k and a 5k bonus
68-129k is accurate. I was at ~110k base at the time, 9k bonus.
