Senior Financial Analyst Salary @ Amazon
I got an offer with Amazon for a Senior Financial Analyst role with TC of $140K in year 1 and $151K in year 2. Base of $120K, $25K sign on in year 1 and $18K sign on in year 2. RSU of 35 shares. This is for a Texas fin ops role. Is this a good offer? I was downgraded from a manager role to SFA for this role. I have MBA with over 10 years experience wondering if this is a good offer? #amazon #senior financial analyst

The RSU are worth $70k. Together with sign on and year end bonuses, you probably have close to $200k initial TC? How did you end up with a TC of 140k?

seems on the low side for base, I would have expected like 150-170k in just base.
Sounds low for manager with 10 years of experience
